Platform Overview

Frontline Esports Network (“FEN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an independent competitive gaming platform providing tools for player profiles, roster management, scrim organisation, tournament facilitation, and educational esports content.

By accessing or using FEN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

FEN is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. All game titles, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Core Terms

These are the main rules that apply to all users of the platform.

Acceptable Use

FEN is built for structured competitive play. Users must use the platform respectfully and lawfully.

Respect the Community

You may not harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or impersonate other users, teams, organisers, or partners.

No Illegal or Infringing Content

You may not upload illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, or content that violates trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal protections.

No Cheating or Platform Abuse

You may not use FEN to promote cheating, hacking, exploits, scams, account selling, or other unfair or harmful conduct.

Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, content removal, permanent bans, or reporting where appropriate.

Scrims, Tournaments & Competition Activity

FEN provides structure and tools for competitive activity, but does not guarantee outcomes or act as an official game publisher service.

Facilitation Platform

FEN provides tools to help users organise and join scrims or tournaments. The platform acts as a facilitator, not as a publisher-owned competition system.

Organiser Responsibility

Event organisers are responsible for their own formats, rules, communications, dispute handling, and event execution.

Participation at Your Own Risk

Players, teams, and organisers use FEN at their own risk. We do not guarantee fairness, attendance, availability, or successful completion of any event.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

These sections define the legal boundaries of the platform and clarify ownership and responsibility.

Disclaimer of Liability

FEN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or specific results from using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost opportunities, disputes between users, or third-party service failures.

Intellectual Property

FEN branding, platform structure, site content, and original materials belong to Frontline Esports Network unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit FEN content without permission. Game-related names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

FEN may reference or integrate third-party services such as Discord or game-related platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, rules, actions, or policies.

Changes & Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of FEN after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, features, or platform access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to any consumer rights that may apply under mandatory law.
